I read the bad reviews on this site and was afraid of using SLS for our movement. However, I had to select them due to their quick response and better cost.
I was afraid till the things were delivered.
But on contrary, have very good experience with them. They stick to dates that committed for pick up and delivery. The guys were also good, quick and professional.
The phones numbers were reachable and transactions was done as per the schedule and promised. No extra cost and no damage.

Will recommend them for anyone.

Very bad experience with them. Service ok at the beginning but now, we have moved to the US with an empty house for a month as our container is blocked at customs for a month due to a mistake done by them. The worst is that we have no news from them, Philippe Liening, that is not active at all in solving the issue. He does not know what telephone means, in term of reaching out the customer to explain the mistake and talk about the solution. They are not serious and please, take the bad reviews into consideration before signing with them. You basically have 50% chance of have a good experience or not. Would you take the risk with your personal issue ? I would not and deeply regret my choice.

We hired LS in our move from Switzerland to USA. Our experience with this company from A to Z has been nothing but a pain! After having several intercontinental moves and having worked with previous 4 moving companies, we could not believe how this company totally failed in fulfilling their most basic responsibilities. To start with, at the date of packing, instead of sending the promised 4 packers, they sent only two workers, who were utterly unprofessional. Instead of packing the items properly, they basically dumped everything into boxes. In response to my request to do do a better packing, they told me that they know what they are doing and that I should not be worried !! After packing our belongings, SLS kept our load in France for an additional month and half and therefore the move was delayed by more than a month. When our belongings finally arrived, many boxes were open, some items, like some of the lamps, which supposedly were "packed properly" came with no box. Many items were broken and damaged. Given that I have bought an insurance when signing the contract, I sent all the information requested by SLS to receive insurance reimbursement upon completion of the delivery in late October. As of today, I still have not received a reimbursement. They never respond to emails and after my many phone calls, they continuously respond . that they will get back to me in 3 days !! They claim that the insurance company is only willing to pay me back what I paid for the insurance and not for the damages because I should have sent a request for the reimbursement via postal mail and the email is not sufficient. This indeed make no sense and is nothing but an excuse to avoid paying for the damages since it was never communicated by SLS. In addition to the frustration and stress that SLS has caused us over the past few months, they have been such liars, that I feel that my dignity is violated and I simply can not let them get away with it. I am working with a lawyer to take them to the court. I believe if more of the people who have dealt with corrupt companies, took them to court, there would be less companies that dare to treat the costumers as this company does.

I do not recommend this moving service to you. The presale is very good, very professional and offers a very good price. However, once the contract was signed, the service became very bad: the price increased with each exchange of e-mails. I had to insist heavily on having a final invoice which corresponded to the starting price.

The moving crews are nice, but one or two pieces of furniture have taken a beating, the TV stand is now wobbly, and a box has been lost. In fact, the box that contained our bottles arrived full of our office stuff! And the bottles are gone. Either broken or hijacked. We noted this reservation on the voucher, then contacted the company on June 9th. A month later, no response from them.
In short, I advise you to deal with other moving companies because, even if more expensive at the start, you will certainly be treated better as well as your business.

After investigation, I have decided to go with SLS Move Relocation. If indedd the pricing at that time seems to be appropriate (and in fact the pricing is close to the bottom of the market), I must also recongize that their customer approch was the perfect fit for me. Having said that, if we want quality and services, there is always a minimum which need to be paid..
SLS kept their words / commitment, did not make any mistake, have been transparent from start to closure. Professional manners, polite and keen to be helpfull and supportive.
It's all about communication, asking the good questions, and challenging some topics. All in one I am happy about SLS and can only recommend them. The only concern might be related to foreign language expertise from movers, but they did manage well..even if they don't speak Italian.

I trusted SLS Move Relocation with my move and I can't believe the reviews.

Everything was smooth and went well I couldn't imagine it a better way.

The moving consultant had listen all my inquiries and submit me a first quote. I was a bit surprised and asked for more details. He specially edited the quote to suit my budget, too much actually. So I asked him to add service and he did it right away. Price was ok.. Of course we always hope to pay less, but I chose to pay the price to be served by a trustable company.

Team arrived on time, packed the whole and get everything ready like professionals. They loaded the container the next day in less than 2 hours.

Delivery was also perfect. They contacted me to announce me that my goods already passed customs and the local comapany was able to deliver earlier.. Dream came true !

I won't disturb you any longer.
I just want to say that you can recommend SLS Move Relocation.
I trusted them and I'm very happy despite the reviews I can read here now which forced me to spend time and write down mine (usually I never leave review, I mean no one takes time to write positive review.. we just take time to complain.. strange ?)

Steer clear of this company!! We used them to move from Berne in Switzerland to Brisbane, Australia. I will keep it short. In the beginning, everything worked well, we received a nice looking proposal, the price was great, so we signed an agreement with them. That's when they dropped the ball. The guys to pick up our goods arrived, more or less unplanned, by the time they left, it was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in this company. The trouble began in August 2019. We had no timeline for the shipping, nobody replied to emails or returned calls. We had a verbal agreement for a delivery no later than Christmas 2019, and nothing happened. I constantly tried to call, wrote emails, threatened them with police and lawyer as I was assuming our goods got stolen/lost. After months of fighting, our stuff finally arrived in Brisbane. That was July 2020, 7 months late. And we ended up with stuff missing, our Kitchen Aid (1,000$) and a few other things never showed up. We wanted to make use of the insurance we paid for, but again, nobody at SLS replies. They haven't even provided us with the insurance certificate. I am in the process of suing this company, I have reported them for theft and fraud (missing insurance policy) and will not let go of them until they paid for the damage they have caused. So, to sum it all up, be careful with the moving company you chose and put every detail in writing. SLS is probably the worst and most unprofessional company I ever had to deal with and from my point of view, a company like them should not even survive, for the sake of potential future customers and the pain they have to go through with them.

Do not even think about doing business with this company. We used them to ship our goods from Germany to Darwin, Australia. As soon as we signed the contract and sent the money, no one was interested to answer calls or eMails anymore.

We were told they would come to pick up our stuff at 9AM. No one ever bothered to inform us that they would be 11 hours late. So we had to help them pack the stuff in the middle of the night.

It took more than 6 month to get our stuff shipped, 3 months longer than we were advised. Calls and Emails were constantly ignored. Finally our goods arrived. Parts of furniture and other items (Laptop, tool box) missing. We paid extra for an insurance that apparently does not cover these things. Not that anyone in this company is interested to solve any matters anyway.

Worst experience ever.
